Satyajit is an MBA and a Masters in Chemistry from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and was the winner of the All Rounder Gold Medal at the university.

As Head –Education at Tata Trusts he oversees programmes that support education initiatives of National (DIKSHA) and State governments (Badi Parivartana, Andhra Pradesh) and special projects undertaken by the Managing Trustee’s office like supporting the set up of companies like British Asian India Foundation and Social Finance India in the sector of Innovative Financing for the Development Sector.

Prior to this he led the Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini program since its inception in 2010. He also served as a Sr. Manager – Finance for Sathya Sai Central Trust for about 12 years, directly reporting to the Founder Trustee.

As Director SSSVV, Satyajit was responsible for SSSVV program in its entirety. He has had a successful track record of building this from the ground to a program currently impacting 140 schools & students in 19 States across the country. He directed all aspects of the program with a 9-member steering committee, 28 employees and over 1000+ volunteers across the nation. He was accountable for strategic planning, policy deployment, quality assurance, human resources and financial management in addition to working closely and developing strong institutional relationships.
