Refund and Cancellation Policy

Karkinos Healthcare Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including for:

• Suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasons beyond Karkinos’ control.

Our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

• If you cancel an order online before shipment, the full order amount is refunded.
• For failed transactions or double charges, the deducted amount is refunded.
• Bank/card transaction charges may be forfeited for cancelled or failed transactions.
• Karkinos does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to your account.
• For partial cancellations, the refund corresponds to the cancelled portion.
