Applicability
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Karkinos Health Platform, including our website (www.karkinos.in), any subdomains, mobile applications published by Karkinos Healthcare, email communications sent to health@karkinos.in, and text/messages sent to +91 82682 82682 and +91 82684 82684 (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Karkinos Healthcare Private Limited, a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 9th Floor, Maker Chamber IV, 222, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400021.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates on the Platform. Modifications take effect from the date posted. If you disagree with any terms, please cease using the Platform immediately. “You” or “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, and “Service” refers to any functionality or capability offered by the Platform
Use of Service
The Service uses information you provide directly or from reports/devices (“User Information”), subject to your consent. If you share health reports stored in your health account, they will be used by the Service until you withdraw consent. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses an automated algorithm based on a medical knowledge base and User Information to provide an indicative health status. It is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. The Service does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments, and incorrect User Information may lead to inaccurate results.
SMS and WhatsApp Communication Consent
By using the Service, you consent to receiving transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations, cancellations, payment updates, or schedule changes) via SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, email, or other contact details provided. These communications are transactional, not unsolicited commercial communications, and comply with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines.
You agree to indemnify Karkinos against losses from erroneous complaints to TRAI or other authorities regarding these communications or from providing incorrect contact details.
