Rajs is a techpreneur and people leader with over 24 years of experience divided between Corporates and Startups spanning Banking, Insurance and Real Estate industries.

Rajs comes with an experience of starting up and running a technology products business within India, working with Fortune 100 companies across the globe driving large business transformation projects.

Rajs worked for organizations such as American Express, Credit Suisse, Key Bank, The Hartford Insurance in key techno-managerial roles and roles with P&L responsibility via Wipro Technologies, one of India’s leading IT services company. At American Express, Rajs was part of the team that architected and implemented world’s first online credit card statement. Rajs was part of Enterprise Architecture Review Boards for several of his clients.

As an entrepreneur, Rajs has built ApnaComplex – a technology platform for Home Owner Associations  in India- with a shoestring budget, created an impactful brand used by thousands of housing societies and lakhs of homeowners and residents across 80+ cities in India.  Rajs was instrumental in shaping the Apartment Management Software Industry in India with innumerable first of its kind innovations. After running the organization for a decade, Rajs made a successful exit through an aquistion by a leading enterprise in the property technology space.

Rajs is known for crisis management, principle centered people-oriented leadership, strong innovation mindset, deep understanding of Technology and Architecting highly scalable systems. A  hands-on Programmer, he is adept at putting together very high performing cross functional teams.

Rajs has a Masters’ Degree in Computer Science from IISc, Bangalore.
