Bharat Sarvepalli is currently working as Vice President-Transformation with Karkinos Healthcare, aimed to shift the cancer care paradigm in the world towards early detection. In his current role, he leads global clinical trials and advocates the role of India to leapfrog cancer research. He has a strong track record of delivering large-scale research & transformation programmes in public and private sectors across multiple industries. He is known for creating robust, self-dependent structures within organisations to engage and nurture in-house leaders.

Bharat has worked with multinational clients in Saudi Arabia, United States, Canada, Central Europe, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India for Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecom, Government, Education and Public sectors in various roles as a Transformation Consultant and Manager.

Bharat holds a Bachelor of Technology from Anna University, and Masters in Business Administration from National University of Singapore. He is a lifetime member of Indian Society of Clinical Research, holds a Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and is recognized as a distinguished toastmaster by Toastmaster International and Change Practitioner by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
