Srikanth Rapaka has over two decades of experience in HR across various sectors. He has worked extensively in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and HR automation.
Srikanth started his career with Eureka Forbes, managing Sales HR and thereafter worked in organizations such as Voltas, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Tata Group’s HR.
As part of the group talent management process, he moved to DIESL (A Tata Industries Company) as Head-HR & Admin and thereafter to an e-commerce start-up Tata CLiQ (Tata UniStore Limited) as Head – HR & Admin, where he was part of the core team involved in setting-up to scaling-up of the business.
Srikanth’s immediate previous assignment was with Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) as Business HR Head managing HR function for two of their new businesses – nutrition science and silica. His responsibilities included establishing HR systems & processes for green-field and brown-field manufacturing units and in addition HR automation at an organization level.
Srikanth earned a Master’s degree in human resources management from Andhra University and a certificate in strategic human resource leadership from e-Cornell.
