Soumya Hariharan
Soumya Hariharan is an experienced lawyer with multi-jurisdictional work experience across India, Singapore, and the ASEAN region.
Prior to joining Karkinos Healthcare, Soumya was an equity partner at Trilegal. She has also worked at AZB & Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Dentons Rodyk in Singapore. Soumya has worked on some of the most complex M&A matters. She has represented companies in contentious matters and investigations and has appeared before various courts.
Soumya completed her LLM with a specialization in corporate & financial services law from the National University of Singapore and BSL.LLB from ILS Law College, Pune. She enjoys writing and teaching law students on evolving and contemporary legal and policy issues in India.
