Parag is an experienced finance Professional over 13 years of experience in the financial and compliance domain and has worked with Hospitality Industry leaders like Indian Hotels (Taj Group), Ginger Hotels and Marriott Hotels.
He has experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Treasury, Accounts, Investor relations, Internal control and Audit, Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Structuring, Fund Raising, Compliance, Financial Reporting, MIS, and Taxation.
His experience includes heading the finance function of group of hotels and to transform from distributed finance function to a centralised shared service-based approach., Corporate finance function. He was also part of team that raised Rs 1000 cores of equity and various debts financing and refinancing. He was part of core team that has driven the change of Implementing IND-AS and GST across the whole Group.
Parag is Qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary and holds Master and Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Jodhpur University
